1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website, requesting an Operational Readiness Assessment, or engaging Sword Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must promptly discontinue use of our site and services.

By opting in to receive SMS text messages from us (whether via a web form, contract, or direct request), you agree to the following terms:
We send SMS communications for consulting project updates, appointment reminders, account notifications, and occasional promotional offers directly related to operational readiness services.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to our phone number. After sending "STOP," you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate contact.
